PMTS 2017 Educational Offerings

Educational Sessions

PMTS 2017 will offer attendees a variety of Educational Sessions that will provide an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest technologies from the most respected experts in the precision machining industry. Hosted by the Precision Machined Products Association, the educational sessions give attendees the chance to experience some of the benefits of PMPA membership at no additional cost. There will be 6 educational sessions held Tuesday, April 25th, between 8:15 and 10:30, leading into the opening of the PMTS exhibit hall and all of the sessions are free to attend.

Show Floor Demonstrations

One of the hallmarks of the PMTS show are the live show floor demonstrations that are offered by a variety of machine tool builders in the exhibit hall. The demonstrations allow attendees to see live machines in-action and ask questions from the presenter and other experts available. There will be 7 show floor demonstrations taking place throughout the course of the PMTS show and all of the demonstrations are free to attend. Parts Cleaning Conference (PCx)

The Parts Cleaning Conference and Pavilion offer a venue where cleaning meets machining. Often unfairly viewed as a "necessary evil" to the machining process, a proper cleaning regiment can save time and money if properly implemented. The PCx Conference is a 2 day program, offering a robust line-up of technical experts that will review everything from applications and best practices to chemistry and environmental regulations.
