The 2025 PMTS Host Hotels
Destination Cleveland is the official housing bureau for PMTS 2025. To receive the discounted room rate, all reservations must be made through Destination Cleveland.​ For housing assistance, please email housing@destinationcle.org.
IMPORTANT - BEWARE OF SCAMS
HOUSING SCAMS: Exhibitors have reported receiving calls and emails from fraudulent companies claiming to provide hotel solutions for PMTS 2025. Please note that Destination Cleveland is the only official hotel organizer for PMTS 2025. The only way to book hotels is through the PMTS website or using the PassKey link provided above. Official hotels for PMTS will NOT reach out to individual companies to solicit reservations. Be aware and take caution if you receive any phone or email solicitations.
LIST SCAMS: We have also received complaints from exhibitors in the past who report similar scams from companies wanting to sell attendee lists. These brokers falsely imply they are affiliated with show management and secure deposits and/or full prepayment from exhibiting companies. Please note that we do not sell our attendee list and unless an email comes from PMTS, PMPA or one of our approved affiliates, it is not legitimate.​

Parking & Riding
As a city perfectly suited for trade shows and visitors, Cleveland is especially designed to be a convenient place to conduct business and network. The Huntington Convention Center is within walking distance of many of Cleveland’s quality hotels and a quick ride away from many popular restaurants and the entertainment district.

PARKING NOTE:
PMTS guests are encouraged to use the Lakefront Municipal Lot. Free shuttle service to and from this parking lot is available. Pick up the bus near the paid entrance and arrive at PMTS in style!

Parking is also convenient when you use the direct connection to the 1,200-spot Huntington Park Garage. The garage entrance is located on the North side of Lakeside Avenue and payment stations are located near the walkway entrance doors or at the W. 3rd Street exit gate. Rates vary from $10 - $12. The direct walkway connector is accessible on the ground floor of the garage, through the marked doors reading Convention Center, Hilton Hotel. Â In addition, there are more than 5,000 walkable parking spaces surrounding the Center provided by city surface lots and garages.Â
Pick up and drop off areas are located at the main entrance of the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland at 300 Lakeside Ave. E, Cleveland, OH 44113.

Although we have no influence or role in the approval or denial of visas, we want to help make the process as easy as possible. Be advised, current visa services and operations vary by country. Check your local Embassy and Consulate’s website for information regarding operating status and which visa services it is currently offering. Scheduling and obtaining visa appointments may require several months, so start your visa application and/or renewal as soon as possible.
