HOUSING SCAMS: Exhibitors have reported receiving calls and emails from fraudulent companies claiming to provide hotel solutions for PMTS 2025. Please note that Destination Cleveland is the only official hotel organizer for PMTS 2025. The only way to book hotels is through the PMTS website or using the PassKey link provided above. Official hotels for PMTS will NOT reach out to individual companies to solicit reservations. Be aware and take caution if you receive any phone or email solicitations.
LIST SCAMS: We have also received complaints from exhibitors in the past who report similar scams from companies wanting to sell attendee lists. These brokers falsely imply they are affiliated with show management and secure deposits and/or full prepayment from exhibiting companies. Please note that we do not sell our attendee list and unless an email comes from PMTS, PMPA or one of our approved affiliates, it is not legitimate.​

Parking & Riding
The Huntington Convention Center has several parking option available close by, however they do fill up quickly. We highly recommend you to plan for your parking in advance of the event.

Scheduling and obtaining visa appointments may require several months, so start your visa application and/or renewal as soon as possible.
